By accessing azusaasphaltpaving.com, contacting us to request services, or entering into any agreement with Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, and related services in Azusa, CA and surrounding areas. Services are performed by licensed, insured contractors.
The information on our website is provided for general informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding quote or guarantee of availability. All service engagements are subject to a written agreement or work order between you and Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving.
Estimates provided by Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving are based on the information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted in writing.
Final pricing may differ from an estimate if conditions at the job site differ materially from what was assessed during the estimate visit - for example, if hidden base damage is discovered after work begins, or if the scope of work changes at your request. We will notify you of any material price change before proceeding.
No work will begin until you have reviewed and signed a written work order or contract that includes the agreed price and scope of work.
Job scheduling is confirmed in writing by Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving. Start dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and crew scheduling. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a scheduled start date needs to change.
You may cancel a scheduled job without penalty at least 48 hours before the scheduled start date. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee to cover mobilization costs already incurred, as specified in your written agreement.
Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving reserves the right to cancel or reschedule jobs due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, without liability to you.
Payment terms are specified in your written work order or contract. Standard payment terms require a deposit prior to work starting and the remaining balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods are listed in your work order. Payment is due within the timeframe stated in your agreement. Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law, and you may be responsible for collection costs including reasonable attorneys fees if collection action becomes necessary.
Title to any materials installed remains with Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving until payment is received in full.
You are responsible for ensuring that Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving has clear, safe access to the work area on the agreed job date. This includes removing vehicles, personal property, and any other obstructions.
You are responsible for identifying and disclosing the location of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, drains, or other infrastructure in or near the work area before work begins. Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving is not liable for damage to undisclosed underground lines or structures.
You are responsible for obtaining any permits required for the work, unless we have expressly agreed in your written work order to handle permitting on your behalf.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. This includes loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific work giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Any workmanship warranty provided by Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving will be stated in your written work order. Unless expressly stated in writing, work is provided "as is" without additional warranties.
Workmanship warranties do not cover damage resulting from: normal wear and tear, extreme weather events, vehicle traffic beyond the load capacity discussed at time of sale, damage caused by tree roots or underground utilities, or failure due to conditions that were disclosed to you at time of estimate.
The information on our website is provided for general reference only. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of any information on azusaasphaltpaving.com, and we are not liable for any decisions made based on that information.
If a dispute arises between you and Precision Azusa Asphalt Paving regarding services or payment, we encourage you to contact us first at projects@azusaasphaltpaving.com so we can attempt to resolve it directly.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal action, except in cases where either party seeks emergency injunctive or other equitable relief.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under California law, including any rights you may have through the California Contractors State License Board.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply to agreements and website use after the effective date. If you have an existing signed work order, the terms in that document govern your specific job.
